polyfoam

They are single-component polyurethane (PU) foams. It dries out when in contact with moisture. It provides insulation by adhering to typical building materials such as brick, concrete, plaster, wood, glass, metal, polystyrene foam, rigid PVC and rigid PUR foams. Scope of application – Door frame and window installation – Thermal insulation of water systems, sewage systems and central heating systems – Fixing and insulation of wall panels, partition walls, driver cabins – Filling the gaps and cracks at the outlets of air conditioning and natural gas pipes, – In thermal insulation of roofs and floors, – In building thermal insulation. Features – Provides excellent heat and sound insulation. – It saves time for the user. – Can be stopped after approximately 55 minutes of use. (the sill should be closed after a minimum of 6 hours) – Resistant to mold and moisture. APPLICATION – During application, the ambient temperature should be higher than 15-25C. – Ideal temperature and humidity: 23C/ 50% humidity – The storage temperature of the foams must be higher than 15C. – Ideal Storage temperature is 20 C. Humidity is also 5%. – The product should be stored in an upright position. Horizontal or upside down storage causes the valve to lock (even if the product chemistry in the can is normal, the product will not come out because the valve is locked). – Water usage is required. – Using water before and after application shortens the drying time and allows the applied foam to swell more.
